We would like to invite members, together with your family and friends to join us on a fun family picnic day with FILSPARC. We have a lot in store for you, The day begins with a guided walk tour of Camden's Nepean River Trail is a 4.2-kilometre walking trail along picturesque landscapes, scenic waterways and public art. In 2025 Council was awarded the NSW National Trust Landscape project of the Year. The trail links to walking trails though Camden Town Farm, which only a few minutes away from the Curry Reserve. Our FILSPARC Van will be available to transport ‘walkers’ to the beginning of the trail and back to the Curry Reserve. There after we will enjoy a picnic lunch. Potluck is welcome for our sharing table and a bbq & drinks will also be available. Aside from that, Curry Reserve is known for the water park fun for the kids. Bring you cosy and a towel! Part of the day’s activities is infusing some traditional and cherished memories of Filipino childhood games, they are so much fun! Games like Patintero and tumbang preso.
